Hey everybody! I… uh… sometimes I forget I exist in human society.

So as a… uh… heads¿ up?
I am not, but kinda am, but like most definitely not ignoring messages from anyone. Or ignoring anyone outright.

- No, because it is not intentional. (Kinda)
- Yes, because I have extreme social anxiety. And forget sometimes that I am even a part of human society sometimes. And lack any and all ability of [small talk]
- Definitely no, because it was not ignoring in the sense of “I can’t stand this person, so I won’t talk to them” somewhat closer to the sense of “I don’t know what to say, so I wont say anything”. Practically it’s closer in the sense of “Oh I will respond to them later (and then I completely forget to do it, and by the time I do remember it’s already been a month)” but also like “I should check Twitter (**\*sees 50 new messages and 10 new message requests, thinks “that’s a lot”, gets nervous, delegates that to the [later] category, and accidentally forgets about it.**\*)

Also I am absolutely horrendous at communication. EVEN WITH MY OWN FAMILY! So much so that if it wasn’t for pre-scheduled video chats with the family I wouldn’t talk to any of them unless:
[A] I DESPERATELY needed their help (even if it’s like “MOM how make soup!!!” And/or more important communications)
[B] They call me (though, due to my aforementioned quietness, my existence does tend to slip through the cracks.)

So when it comes to talking to people I tend to stick to my tried and true method of: “hey I know a lot of shit and a lot of random facts, do you want to know a random fact that will have absolutely 0 impact on your life? Ooh pretty girl”
(Yes the “Ooh pretty girl” is important, as I tend to get VERY EASILY distracted by pretty women and will go up to them and ask them if they will allow me to give them a compliment.)
