Hey @ThaiAirways . I cancelled a ticket with you folks back in June 2023, which you accepted. The acceptance email indicated that "Due to high demand" it could take 180 days before I get my refund. It's now been 210 days and no response from your customer service. 1/2

@TubesZb Don't bother taking any orders from Australia either, because USPS has stopped taking orders to Australia due to lack of flights to AU. 🙄. And even if they get here as Aus Post has stopped picking up new deliveries for a week, to clear the backlog! Bad news ll round!
