I'm working on an end-to-end MLOps project covering:

2. Feature Engineering
3. Training (parent/child models)
4. Inference using ONNX
5. MLflow for visualization and model registry
6. API design for ML projects
7. Docker
8. Orchestration (Prefect or Airflow)
9. Kubernetes
10. Frontend UI or Email
11. CI/CD
12. Model and Data Drift
13. Grafana and Prometheus

This project explores designing an MLOps pipeline, focusing on architecture and problem framing rather than model accuracy or innovation. It will be hosted on the cloud using a free tier or ~$10-20 budget. The project may result in a blog series, single blog, or e-book.
