Better check to see that it has a balloon payment. Thats how they killed a lot of people in 08.
Also, if you can afford 2 grand seriously, consider rural.

@Samsopinionss @JoshuaPotash Yes, you can put down less; however, if you don't put down 20%, you will be charged pmi insurance. which doesn't do anything because you can still lose your house. So it's insurance for the bank.
Also rural houses are much cheaper.
