Hm, so I learned just now that in Japanese, when the Ancient voice speaks from Ethos, it uses 君 (kimi) as "you". Hades uses お前 (omae) as we know from the recording in Azem's crystal, to refer to Azem, and Hyth uses キミ (kimi) which is much more casual than 君.

This further solidifies my theory that it is Azem's voice speaking to Hades. Because the Hades element is there—the "go forth, discover / seek discovery" is Hades's blessing-challenge to Azem whenever they left on a journey, and this time it would be Azem's blessing to Hades as they passed their legacy and mantle to him.

Apparently Themis uses the same word, but I doubt it is Themis's voice. It is more coherent that it is Azem's if you ask me, especially when you consider that Ethos reacts to Azem's crystal—that is, Hades's aether.

Judging from a quick search, it seems to be quite similar to Hades's お前 which on its own is a rather blunt/rough "you" but in the context of being very close to someone it turns deeply intimate. I would not be surprised if 君 turned out to be how Azem referred to Hades in turn to express that very same closeness/intimacy.
