IRL: I'm finding it more and more difficult to entertain. I can't condone escapism because I feel it kills our emotional capacity to process what is happening. The more we just see numbers, we see statistics. We aren't even feeling anger, grief or helplessness. We're not taking the time to process any of it. We are just seeing headlines, numbers, and looking away.

So today I'm doing something that is entirely IRL coded.

We will talk. We will breathe. We will look at news. We will do the hardest things. You are welcome to join me. You are also welcome to leave this entire server if it somehow annoys or angers you that your entertainment is no longer entertaining you.

However, I can't in good conscience continue to ignore what's happening across the globe.

The entire session will be full of breathing exercises, very uncomfortable truths, and it will become a platform for you to actually stop and feel.
