How do you interpret 'good' HRV scores whilst clearly extremely fatigued. If I followed the simple low HRV = rest. Id never train fatigued enough for the stage race demands. @altini_marco@Alan_Couzens
But it's not so simple.. during a recent stage race my scores were very low for the first 4 days, but then increased over the next 3. Everyday was hard with > 30-40mins above threshold. I hit my best ever 10min power on day 8.
