I ordered from Target last Tues and the store had no power when the shopper arrived. I cancelled the order, but it got rescheduled. Your system is glitching and every day, instead of cancelling the order it just gets rescheduled. Tech support has been useless

The unit is 6 years old, it's clearly defective. But scrolling past every other person in your replies, it's not shocking anymore. NEVER BUY GE AGAIN

That's it, I'm done with @GE_Appliances. Got a new washer 6 years ago, and have spent so much on repairs that I could have bought 2 new washers. Today they said a board needs replacing, a known issue for this model, and it's costing $350. How has this not been recalled by now???
