These frontiers have been in existence for some time now. Only that they are now getting more conspicuous, more public. A study I did for IGAD in 2014 across Kenya revealed this. The two frontiers seem to be difficult to contain. But we must keep thinking of new strategies.

While I agree with you to some extent, the numbers alone in my view will not achieve the desired effect. A lot more needs to go into the process.
