Dear @flyLAXairport nice improvements, but those giant silver tampons all over D already very narrow & crowded sidewalks, R doing exactly what tampons do, stopping D flow of pedestrian traffic. Only a matter of time b4 someone falls & gets run over trying 2 get 2 shuttles

@AloftHotels Westerville, Oh, so thankful. A kind gentleman finished his shift and saw me struggling to get snow off the car. In stead of going home, he came over & took care of it. It's cold, but my 💓is warm & grew an inch! Ps ❤ the hotel & TY!
