اخيرا بقى مشكلة اغلب الناس مع الإسلام مش في علم المنطق بالمناسبة ولكن في علم الاجتماع والأنثروبولوجيا وقراءة التاريخ.

عارفين امتى أول مرة غيرت فكرتي عن الإسلام ما أنا زمان عادي كنت محمل بالصورة الذهنية عن الإسلام انه دين عنف وذكوري والكلام دا كله ، مش لما قرأت عن الإسلام ولكن لما قرأت في التاريخ.

لما قرأت قصة الحضارة لوول ديورانت ، مجهود وخدت مني سنة ونص زمان ولكن تستحق القراءة اكتر حاجة في الحياة ، ٢٢ مجلد قصة الحضارة والتاريخ كلها من اول الحضارات القديمة لحد الثورة الفرنسية. وبيبقى عندك تصور عن حركة التاريخ.

عشان تفهم الإسلام وأحكامه وتشريعاته لازم تفهم شكل المجتمع كان عامل ازاي، تفهم العالم القديم دا أصلا كان شكله اية ، المجتمع الجاهلي دا عبارة عن اية في السياسة والاقتصاد والثقافة والزواج والمعاملات بين الناس. فبتتضحلك الصورة بشكل اكبر وتفهم التشريعات ومقاصد الشريعة ، وكمان هتشوف اد اية الإسلام على عكس بقى ما الناس بتقول دين رجعي لكن ثورة بجد على المجتمع القديم وشكل العالم فيه. بتبقى بتقرأ في خط تاريخي وتشوف العالم كان عامل ازاي وبعد كدا بتوصل للمجلد بتاع "الشرق الإسلامي ونشأة الدولة" وتشوف الفرق بقى.

سيبك أنا من كلامي شوف كلام وول ديورانت نفسه عن الإسلام ازاي دول كان اكتر من باقي الشعوب في التسامح الديني وعن مستوى الحقوق والحريات والعدالة الي ظهرت لأول مرة في تاريخ البشرية وإزاي علماء المسلمين حطوا أسس المنهج التجريبي الحديث قبل فرانسيس بيكون بقرون وإزاي اللغة العربية أصبحت لغة العلم والسياسة والثقافة والأدب.

كل الخرافات بقى الي كنت بسمعها من وانا صغير عن الإسلام سقطت من وقتها وكل التشويه الي لسه بيتقال بقى لحد دلوقتي عن الشبهات بتكتشف اد اية قائلها جاهل مش بالإسلام ولكن بالتاريخ أصلا وعلم الاجتماع.

يعني مثلا حاجة زي زواج الرسول من السيدة عائشة بتكتشف بقراءة التاريخ ان دا الواقع الاجتماعي وقتها محدش استنكر أصلا دا ، متوسط عمر الإنسان نفسه كان مختلف كان من ٢٥ ل ٣٥ سنة فاستحالة الناس تتجوز في نفس عمر دلوقتي ، الإنسان نفسه ونشأته وطبيعته النفسية والجسدية كانت مختلفة ، منظومة الجواز أصلا دي عاملة ازاي هو مش قصة حب بين اتنين زي دلوقتي الموضوع كان مرتبط بالمصاهرة اكتر حاجة وترابط بين العائلات فالرسول كان عايز يصاهر ابو بكر اقرب الناس ليه. غير ان أصلا معندناش تأكيد رسمي عن العمر كلها حاجات تقريبية ولا في آية ولا حديث بيحددوا العمر ، مكنش فيه سجل مدني يعني وقتها.

تعامل الناس مع الأعمار والسنين أصلا بتصور مختلف ، زي كدا الساعة مثلا دي اختراع رأسمالي حديث عشان تيجي الشغل في موعد محدد ولو اتأخرت نخصملك ، قبل كدا مكنش فيه الحاجة دي والناس بتعرف المواقيت بالتقريب من الشمس والقمر وخلاص. عالم مختلف تماما.

سن الزواج أصلا في امريكا لحد قرنين فاتوا كان ١٣ سنة. جدتي نفسها اتجوزت جدي وهي عندها ١٤ سنة ، جدي مكنش بيدوفيلي دا شكل مجتمعه بس.
طبعا لو حد جوز النهاردة واحدة اقل من ١٨ سنة دي جريمة والإسلام نفسه بيقول دي جريمة عشان خلاص المجتمع أتغير والتطور النفسي والبيولوجي والإنسان نفسه أتغير ، زمان كان قائد جيش المسلمين بتلاقيه عنده ١٥ سنة دلوقتي دا عيل صغير.

كذلك مثلا بقى تعدد الزوجات ، الميراث ، العبودية.

يعني تعدد الزوجات هو مكنش المجتمع بيتجوز واحدة والإسلام جه قالهم اتجوزوا أربعة ، دول كانوا بيتجوزوا ١٠٠ والإسلام قفل الموضوع وحدده وبضوابط أصلا وليها علاقة باليتامى ، عشان الجواز وقتها وسيلة عشان نرعى اليتامي دول هيروحوا فين وقتها. هل دلوقتي فيه مشاكل اه طبعا ورجالة بتستغل النصوص الدينية لصالح هواها ولكن دي أزمة الدولة والمؤسسات الدينية الحالية.

الميراث مثلا هل الست كانت بتورث مثلا وبعد كدا الإسلام قال لأ تورث نصف اخوها ، لا هي مكنش فيه ميراث أصلا للستات وقتها والتشريع دا بالمناسبة للي يقرأ في التاريخ المجتمع متقبلوش معندناش ستات تورث وتمسك فلوس ويبقى ليها ذمة مالية مستقلة ، طب ليه النص مش زي اخوها ، عشان أصلا هي مش بتصرف حاجة ونفقتها دايما على ابوها او اخوها او زوجها ، وأخوها دا مطالب يصرف عليها وعلى بنت عمه من بعيد حتى لو ملهاش حد غيره.
هل دلوقتي فيه ظلم والمجتمع أتغير ؟ اه طبعا فيه ظلم بس تاني دي مشكلة الدولة والمجتمع والمؤسسات الدينية الحالية.

كذلك في كل حاجة بقى قراءة التاريخ وشكل المجتمع والعالم وقتها هتديك تصور عن شكل الإسلام وأحكامه وتفهم مقاصد الشريعة انها مزيد من الحرية والعدل للإنسان.

هل دا ينفي ان احنا في مشاكل ضخمة دلوقتي قطعا ولكن دي أزمة الحاضر فانا كمان مشكلتي مع الناس دي مش بس دفاعا عن الدين ولكن لرفع المظالم الحالية الحقيقية الي على الستات مثلا ، بس دي مشكلة الدولة والمؤسسات الدينية الحالية مش مشكلة النص.
