If there is a disparity of Latinas at your workplace, BRING IT UP. If you are an executive, help more Latinas work their way out of entry level jobs. Spend your hard earned $ with Latina-owned businesses, invest in them. Own property. F 185 years.

The urgency that the government has to close this gap would have us waiting until 2206 for equality. 185 years. No. Start that business. Hire Latinas. Promote Latinas. Talk about wage with your Latina co-workers. SUPPORT them when they’re asking for a raise.
