@aegeanairlines I waited 65 minutes to check in at Lisbon Airport this morning, with no communication, leaving me just 20 minutes to get through security. Staff appeared inexperienced. I spoke to th supervisor, who seemed even less capable of dealing with the situation.Very poor.
