Buffalo to the Rescue with Help from ESPN Legend Roy Firestone 🐾

When every door in the West slammed shut, Buffalo opened its heart.

After losing his home due to unexpected life circumstances, a close friend was faced with an unthinkable choice: what to do with his two deeply bonded dogs, Flash and Lucy, who had been by his side for nearly a decade. Desperate to keep them safe and together, he reached out to every rescue he could, from California to Nevada to Utah and beyond. But rescue after rescue said the same thing: they were full, completely overwhelmed.

No one could take them, and separating them would have broken their spirits.

He was devastated, exhausted, and nearly out of hope, until a miracle happened.

Iconic ESPN sportscaster and lifelong animal advocate Roy Firestone joined forces with a devoted Buffalo resident to give these dogs a second chance. Together, they’re coordinating a rescue effort to bring Flash and Lucy from Los Angeles to Buffalo, New York, where they’ll be safe and loved until they continue on to their forever home: a peaceful dog sanctuary on a horse farm in Ontario, Canada.

It’s the kind of story that reminds us what compassion, community, and a little bit of Buffalo grit can do.

It’s a scam and you must be aware of it , many of your customers are being scammed. I am getting a lot of DM‘s so I would really appreciate it if you would do something about this. Even the Portuguese here are telling me it’s a scam. You directed me towards this company through your site which I use often. I want some compensation and I want to return this car early for which I should be refunded for.

@bookingcom Long time loyal customer and Booking Visa member here. I made and paid for a car rental
reservation on Booking, paid for it and when I arrived in Portugal got scammed by the rental co. Rental charge was $200 total and then they forced me to pay them almost $800 under duress or give them $5500 cash for insurance. A 4 day rental! They said my Visa won’t cover damage. How do you allow this to happen on your site? I want to return this car early and get my money back. Can you assist me please. Thank you.
