Our staff was mortified to wake up to a front page covered by a deceptive political ad for two days straight.
Shame on Heath Freeman and Alden for selling our good name for a buck.

Valdez said running for congress as a DSA candidate is an “opportunity to show that there is a really wide constituency for the program that we've been championing for a long time, one that make uplifts working people, that fights for affordability, that fights for labor”

I’m a union organizer, Assemblymember, and democratic socialist running for Congress in NY-07.
I came to politics through low-wage jobs and the labor movement. That’s the perspective I’ll bring to Washington to take on oligarchy, fascism, and war—and win for working people.
