Hermes from @NousResearch needs noticeably less hand-holding than Claude Desktop, Codex, or Antigravity.
I gave it a durable work task involving DB integrity and migration steps. It autonomously produced this phased plan with clear sub-agent, Cli roles and verification gates.

Anyone else running agentic workflows and seeing the same drop in supervision required? Curious what’s working for you.
