So, I heard registrations for JP Morgan’s Code for Good have begun this year.
Last year, I was one of the winners of the hackathon held at their Bangalore campus. I’m planning to write an article detailing the entire process, the challenges involved, and some hacks that can be applied.
In fact, I made a mistake in my second year that cost me my selection. However, I went on to win the hackathon the following year.
@pulkit_mittal_@AbhayKu49536483 Did they offer similar comp to Atlassian/ Databricks ?
Also are they really going to IPO ? Have been hearing that since long
@AnoushkaGupta25@ShubhamPuhal01 -> I don't have any problem, what they did was not right but again there's always the risk of not getting PPO even after giving best performance and you have to accept that
-> lol, I am commenting because it's a public post
@aanthDiwaari@ShubhamPuhal01 That's just how it works, even Oracle hired so many people after layoff
And regarding the IIT visits, they don't want to ruin the relations.
They have not given any offcampus offers yet, it would be unfair if they are given priority before interns but now it's just normal
@AnoushkaGupta25@ShubhamPuhal01 Cause they are "interns", not full time employees that depends on headcount.
It's all upto to the company to hire as many interns they want, they are not liable to convert anyone.
