Perhaps there is a good reason for this, but Gorsuch hasn’t given one. We’re left to decide based on what we know. Given all of the facts, I think he knew.

You can believe Gorsuch didn’t know, but the evidence is clear that he likely did. Thanks for discussing as an adult. Refreshing not to be called names.

He, in essence, “took the 5th”. Believe what you want, but the evidence clearly indicates that he knew.
