@DjMam11@theliamnissan The reporter was Catherine Lucey, a White House correspondent for Bloomberg News. Multiple news outlets reported that Donald Trump said “Quiet, piggy” to her during a press gaggle aboard Air Force One in November 2025 when she asked about the Epstein files.
@NixonandIke@ConfoundedSoc@anyonewantchips Duffy was clear, but Gorsuch has been evasive. Gorsuch could simply say he didn’t know Duffy was the buyer. He won’t. Perhaps there is a good reason for this, but Gorsuch hasn’t given one. We’re left to decide based on what we know. Given all of the facts, I think he knew.
@NixonandIke@ConfoundedSoc@anyonewantchips Who claimed they never met? The claim is that he knew it was Duffy. Duffy was revealed as the buyer in the closing documents. You can believe Gorsuch didn’t know, but the evidence is clear that he likely did. Thanks for discussing as an adult. Refreshing not to be called names.
@NixonandIke@ConfoundedSoc@anyonewantchips It’s more likely than not that he learned at closing at the latest. When directly questioned, he never denied that he did not know Duffy was the buyer. He, in essence, “took the 5th”. Believe what you want, but the evidence clearly indicates that he knew.
@NixonandIke@ConfoundedSoc@anyonewantchips You’re making up that Gorsuch didn’t know the identity of the buyer. Gorsuch has never denied he did not know Duffy was the buyer. He has chosen not to comment. It is extremely unlikely that he did not learn Duffy was the buyer at closing.
@NixonandIke@ConfoundedSoc@anyonewantchips Debunked by whom and how? The story is true. Gorsuch claimed to receive between $250-500K from the sale. Peanuts to wealthy elites like me, but real money to most people, minority stake or not.
