@RossDellenger By removing the transfer eligibility rules, the next logical step is just to remove the years of eligibility rules completely. We'll have journeymen college football players that can't cut it in the NFL playing college football for a decade.

@RossDellenger So this is pretty much just a carve-out for the Big Ten and SEC to make their own league. And possibly Notre Dame depending on what their obligation to the ACC is. Most ACC and Big 12 schools can't afford the minimums so they'll veto the move.
