@GTaylorHart @EliseJesseTV I was wrong - but to be fair this procedurally from the prosecution NEVER happens in Hamilton County Municipal Court. Something tells me someone messed up - and messed up pretty bad.

@ChrisAubin9 @JoeGoodberry 99.99% of cases in the Hamilton County Municipal Court are not dismissed 1 day after filing. They held a special hearing in from of the duty Judge to dismiss. Extremely extremely uncommon. Must have been a pretty big mess up by CPD.
