@DoorDash_Help @DoorDash_Help 4 days is more than sufficient to fix this case and we are in 4 weeks since the day of reporting this issue and such a shame with worst experience in reaching out to support and account manager

@DoorDash shame on your merchant accounts support team. They were not able to fix 1099k which had a mistake since Feb 27th. Each agent is closing tickets and creating new one and asking for verification every single time @UberEats did the same mistake but they fixed in 24 hours

@DoorDash_Help @DoorDash_Help Feb 27th first reported issue - March 6th some one actually understood the issue - March 10th we sent documents for change of ownership - March 17th assigned to account manager Curaun - March 21st first response from her — resolution eta unknown. Worst experience

@DoorDash_Help Thanks Andrew but to which email? No one responds on [email protected] they send an email to us from the same but doesn’t even respond back! After 7 business days and countless hours on call with support explaining same thing, they still get the information wrong.
