@IndianOilcl if the home delivery of the cylinder is Stopped? My service provider has not delivered me my cylinder, as per them we don't deliver now and asking my old age mom to come to the office and collect your cylinder.

How is it acceptable that @IRCTCofficial allocates a middle berth to senior citizens (60+)? Does age not matter in seat allocation? Climbing middle/upper berths is risky and painful. This system seriously needs improvement.Requesting a more age-sensitive and humane system.

@RailwaySeva @drm_dli No need to shift from concerning topic, having an easy journey for a senior citizen should be mandatory and just to highlight i have booked a ticket under health quota as my father is a cancer patient. I think its enough to explain the situation of a passenger with a middle berth
