A suspect who was allegedly arrested with stolen property and later released has now been linked to a second theft in Everest Heights, KZN.
The suspect was allegedly captured on CCTV before copper pipes were stolen from a home on Parbath Crescent. Police are investigating.

#sapsFS The Bethlehem FCS Unit in collaboration with the National Prosecuting Authority, has successfully secured the conviction of Mohanoe Jantjie Tshabalala, who was sentenced to 15 years’ direct imprisonment for the rape of a 35-year-old woman from Mautse in September 2024.
The matter was heard before the Ficksburg Regional Court on 20 March 2026. The case was investigated by Detective Warrant Officer Sibongile Valashiya of Bethlehem FCS Unit, prosecuted by Mr Vusi Nhlapo, and presided over by Mr Matshaya. #Sentencing #EndGBVF ML
