@REACTNottingham is there any chance of enforcing the temporary restrictions on turning in and out of the Russell Rd/Gregory Bvd junction? Many cars turning into Russell around the no entry sign on the wrong side of the road and nearly hitting people.

We had lovely yellow zig zags painted at the bottom of Russell Road last week to stop cars waiting outside the Djanogly school. Outside just now drivers are ignoring them and blocking the road just as before. Any chance of some enforcement @REACTNottingham @ParkingTeamNttm

I can't do it this year. Played the organ this morning (badly), went to the shops, now overstimulated, stressed and extremely anxious about playing again tonight. Not sure I have the spoons to be happy and outgoing for everyone over the next few days. Weight of expectation...

@liambeadle No. I went shopping on Saturday and found that it was much harder to concentrate with any sort of piped music. Thankfully some shops didn’t feel the need to have it on.

@aliciaandrz It *is* hard! I managed to be sober from last December until November. There’s been something of an art to learning to regulate my emotions without the crutch of just reaching for a drink when I feel down, but the worst bit is just feeling dull and a bit fed up. Keep trying!
