Only needed to make a couple changes to Mullvad Browser's default config, specific to my use case and not good defaults. Security mode=highest ; disable https everywhere ; disable DNS over HTTPS.

ON first run this Mullvad browser looks really nice. Reasonable defaults, no admin install required, no autoloading pages on startup and works well with NVDA as it is Firefox ESR.

Tried updating the manifest.ini for NVDA remote addon as I did with IBMTTS but it seemed to have a bug where I would get stuck controling remote machine, so it may need more updates to work correctly.
