Although the cricket season has come to a close, Herefordshire Cricket Society start their winter cricket evenings on Thursday 26th September at Hereford Rowing Club at 7.30pm with former Middlesex and England... https://t.co/P8MRy3X12e
Don’t forget we are hosting the rearranged @WiltsCricket Wiltshire Wallop finals day this Sunday @GoatacreCC vs @ShrewtonCC at 11am and the winner of that will play us at 2pm
Two further views of this lovely venue before I leave. Wales are 231/5 (73) at tea with good knocks from Matthews 71, Kolk 66 and Ilyas 45*. Herefordshire have kept things tight on an unhelpful looking pitch for the bowlers.
Absolute carnage. Glamorgan's 174 didn't look like enough on a pitch that made the M4 look rough. Carey 61 tore the bowling apart and Evans 45* finished the job. Probably more than I've seen them get in the Championship for a couple of years too.😆. 🦈🦈🦈#GOSBTS
Just a reminder to all young cricketers ... @benstokes38 was 3 off 70 balls before his heroics yesterday ... You are allowed to #Digin & occupy the crease in this era ... Anyway #OnOn ... Time for a Hol 👍👍#Ashes
@sambillings@KentCricket Can you keep quiet next time and not jinx the poor lad 😉. Having seen him get a couple of big scores in the Championship he deserves a run. Has played better than many.
A 3 day minor counties game from Sunday at Sedbergh School was abandoned without a ball being bowled due to the saturated pitch. The game was moved to nearby Neatherfield & they played a 1 day game with no problems. Rumours @lancscricket are playing 2/3 games there next year 🙄
@bbctms This joke competition has nothing to do with Cricket let alone Test Cricket why even report on it? The Women's version is even more pointless as they already have a well organised franchised tournament.
