17 Sept: Civil society organisations welcomed the Supreme Court of Appeal ruling - it denied Eskom authorisation to build a 3000MW gas-to-power plant in Richards Bay. SDCEA & groundWork hail the judgement a victory for affected communities who weren't adequately consulted.
