@SkyHelpTeam Yesterday saw the 5th person NOT calling me back as promised. Beginning to think it must be part of their training - James, someone who's name I didn't catch, the Network Team,Ursula and Jordan all assured me that of course they would ring back. @MoneyTelegraph

@SkyHelpTeam 2months now of failing broadband, different person everytime I call, same old questions,3 different engineers, nobody follows up, speeds measured late at night when they are 3x faster than daytime. HELP. @MoneyTelegraph
