Despite several reminders/phone calls, my washing machine has yet not been repaired. Yeserday, service team had committed to come, however told in evening that he was in training.

@IFBAppliances Least we expected is total part to be replaced 15 days back only. Why PCB replacement was not informed 15days back please.

@IFBAppliances Your technician came today noon and told PCB needs to be replaced along with motor which will further take 5 days!
It's just our mistake to get IFB, which firstly is highly unreliable and doesn't support for service and parts. Regards

@IFBAppliances : Via Ticket No. 1000610982; dated 2nd Nov, motor non-functionality was reported to you. However same has yet not been rectified despite several follow up with your Pune team. Horrible service and professionalism from service team. Please look into.
