Citizens trust their Municipal governments, to best meet their needs. Now all we need is the Provincial reforms (taxation, arbitration, regional cost sharing and the ability to generate revenue),to unlock and restore the full potential of @cityofsaintjohn.
First we have to think and plan for the long term and most importantly we need the courage and discipline to follow the plan. Take a few minutes to read and listen to why our first ever long term financial plan matters and how you'll benefit. Questions / comments welcome?
