@MarkCCrowley Interesting that you say that. It is one of my points in the article. When a brand is KNOWN to disappoint. That's trouble and consumers need to walk away until this is fixed.

Attendees are staying at the hotel, eating all their meals there; but the hotel is charging $100 for an easel, $300 for power strips & has separate codes (room & Mtg) for WiFi so it can charge extra for that.
