My favorite websites don’t feel like they’re trying to impress me.
They just load fast.
Tell me where I am.
Let me do the thing.
Get out of my way.
Beautiful.
My algorithm has reached the point where I can no longer tell whether I genuinely like a topic or I’ve just been shown 400 videos about it.
At this point the algorithm might know my personality better than I do.
At what point does an idea stop being an idea?
- When you write the first line of code?
- Buy the domain?
- Get the first user?
Or when someone else says:
“Wait, you actually built this?”
The funniest part of building something alone:
You start because you have an idea.
Then 3 weeks later you’re learning things you never planned to learn just to keep the idea alive.
The dangerous part about AI isn’t that it can write code incredibly fast.
It’s that it can make a bad idea look finished before you’ve had enough time to realize it’s a bad idea.
The weirdest flex on the internet isn’t having 100k followers.
It’s having 12 people who genuinely care about what you’re building.
I’d take that audience very seriously.
