My Nammayatri cab (Blr) arrives at 4.40 am. I reach the cab in 10:36 mins. The cabbie is there but has cancelled the trip as i took longer than 10 mins! I cancel and rebook. Another cab who is 2 km away gets the order. The driver in front of me drives away. Hail tech.

The food and the service in Vande Bharath no. 20672 dated 2-01-26 are pathetic. Lunch service started after 2.45 pm. I got non veg instead of veg. The quality is such that i wonder how anyone can cook this bad! @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw pls look into this. Shameful....

@ManipalHealth made Indigo customer service seem exemplary. 85 year old needed a small procedure for a fracture. Continuous delays without any proper communication. Both doc and patient got stressed out. Good staff but fundamentally pathetic management. Avoid Manipal Sarjapur.

@TataCompanies Starbucks has diluted the 'Americano' quality. Lukewarm coffee delivery on Swiggy. AirIndia flights are perpetually delayed. BigBasket delivery has become shoddy. I used to vouch for Tata customer care. Now it is as good as dead. Sad.
