@bigbasket_com With merger of bbdaily in big basket I am not getting bbdaily icon in Bigbasket app. It asks delivery charges from a subscriber like me which was not there earlier. No resolution. Highly frustrating

@karenVault This is 4th time offlate that I got message from WhatsApp that account can not be opened and needs to be reviewed. I have not done any violation and don't know why it is happening 😔 frequently. I have lot of mental agony due to this.

@bigbasket_com I have been a loyal customer for bbdaily for more than 6-7 years. Now it is merged with Bigbasket. As I get 2 milk packets daily, any additional delivery was charged from my wallet and delivered with milk. Now it is asking delivery charges Why to pain customers?

@CareGodrej for AC issue called three days back no call back from service person so for. No ticket number given. Whatsapp channel not helpful. I am trying to call but after long wait the call goes to feedback system automatically. Total frustrating after sales service

The monthly maintenance is happening poorly which was part of our plant purchase. Staff gives random call to inform that they are coming but nobody turns up. When called nobody picks up. Not satisfactory Raghvendra 9225634235
