And the second question is also a bit strange - depends why you're doing the ECG and what abnormalities it shows. There's no "generally" about it.

@wendyburn Sect 3 requires the hospital patient is going to to be written on the form when the drs complete it. Sect 2 doesn't.Takes so long for bed to be identified (days at times) - drs need to be able to complete form at
point of assessment and move on to their next piece of work.
