THE home of edible insects here in the UK. Turning entomophagy from novelty to normalcy from our innovative kitchen-restaurant. Big flavours, proper Grub!
Pembrokeshire is taking over @BBCNews tomorrow-tune in from 6:30-8am to watch us, @grub_kitchen@thebugfarmUK & others LIVE on @BBCBreakfast, followed by films about us shown from 9am-1pm on the BBC News Channel. You should also be able to catch us on @BBCWalesNews at 6:30pm!
@isobel_goudie@bugfarmfoods@ChrisGPackham@TheSwanSchoolOx Don't worry @isobel_goudie we are not beginners! There is a teaching resource to introduce children into entomophagy, concent forms for parents, and full allergy advice etc. Most children are extremely open to the idea/concept. Our ethos is about educated choices, and inclusion.
@SusanneLowe17@GMB@susannareid100@benshephard@kategarraway The human food grade edible insects we use here and @bugfarmfoods are bred in effecient, high welfare and hygienic facilities. We do not take insects from the wild. Have a look at the FAQ page at https://t.co/hWPFdXnAPu for more info'.
Mmm, yummy! Who fancies a bug bolognese? 🐜🐞🕷
School children in Wales are being served insect-based lunches. The bug company claims it’s better for the planet, nutritious and tasty - would you give it a try?

@ITVWales great to see @bugfarmfoods#VEXo on the news this evening. Huge thanks to @wgmin_rural for the support, and of course the @Penrhyndewi catering team, staff and students. Shame the presenters didn't try some bolognaise instead of brined whole insects! #noveltytonormalcy
