It’s been little bit over a year of going to the gym. I can’t believe the difference within a year has made. If you are on the fitness journey never give up on yourself. At one point I weighed 280 now I’m around 215.

I’ve been gone and not active on here or on twitch. But I’ve made some upgrades to my setup. I should be back streaming in within a week or so. Going to be playing other games then just Cod. Until they can figure something out to make the game enjoyable.
