Fibermaxxing yesterday felt fruitless, after hours and hours of tiny little puffs of gas.

It FELT fruitless pounding roughly 170 grams of fiber, until I woke up 3 hours before my alarm to blurt this puppy out.

Been nonstop gas 5 hours since, and all I smell is rotten egg. 🤤
