My first #Cyser! I started this just over a year ago with #AppleCider and local #wildflowerhoney from Indian Summer Honey Farm. I added a touch of #MexicanVanilla and backsweetened with fresh-pressed cider that I #freezeconcentrated.

Finally starting up the #Banana #Maple #Mead ! I am excited for this one.

To start, I took about 20 gallons of #MapleSap that my dad and I collected earlier this year, reduced that down to about 4 gallons and added in 35 pounds of ripened bananas and a bit of pure #MapleSugar
