@sainsburys That just about sums it up!! It’s branded Sainsbury’s, is in a Sainsbury’s garage yet no one at Sainsbury’s can even point me in the right direction or shows any effort to help. Not your problem!!
@sainsburys disappointed with the way your petrol station staff would not help me just now. Tried to use jet wash at T Wells, used card reader but it wouldn’t start. Went into ask if someone could help and was told it’s nothing to do with us, I need to contact 3rd party Company!
@SouthernRailUK I’m not aware. I was told it’s a known issue and I’d have to buy tickets as well as paying out for the season ticket.
I would hope the team responsible are aware after almost a week?!

@SouthernRailUK hello. Is there a problem with the app to load online card purchases? I bought a flexy tkt last night and been trying to load it. Tells me I’ve nothing purchased and nothing to load? I’ve confirmation of purchase etc. had to jump on train!
@SouthernRailUK Hi. Just so you know, there is a known issue (since last week I was told!) that the tkts won’t load onto cards. Called and was told I have to buy daily tkts and then get a refund. Got to love more hassle. Like it’s not expensive enough!!
@onestopstores yet again your delivery driver part dangerously and blocking a bus stop and road junction! I appreciate its not always easy finding a suitable space but this is just stupid and dangerous on a snowy day

@SnappySnapsUK I’m afraid to say the check out process on you website is possibly the worst I’ve ever used. 20 mins and it just won’t allow me to check out. Never known anything like it. Happened before and remember why I went elsewhere last time! #shame

@Kent_cc@KentPoliceTWell some absolutely shocking and selfish parking in #rusthall earlier today. Couldn’t then safely move off due to snow and just missed tree and parked car by inches as sliding. Didn’t give a thought to anyone. @RusthallCouncil
