@mattliptak@xjoshbaileyx God forbid that a private corporation intentionally incentivize their services to prioritize those who want to pay higher price for them.
Do none of you run businesses seriously
@xjoshbaileyx Hyperbole is always juicy on Twitter, but two water parks, three parking structures at Disney Springs, and a massive sport and recreation complex would certainly disagree with you.
The entitled privilege of Disney fans is always stunning.
@Adobe@AdobeExpress I’ve obtained months of refunds from @Adobe@AdobeCare due to the absolute DISASTROUS launch of “new” @AdobeExpress & I’d encourage other designers to request the same. Maybe that would spur them to prioritize fixes for a bug-filled product that is not ready for real world use.

@AdobeExpress Laugh? 😡 How about scream in FRUSTRATION that @Adobe completely crippled the FUNCTION of @AdobeExpress for its paid customers — & TWO MONTHS LATER still has not fixed it, despite meaningless promises that things will be fixed “soon”? An atrocious fail. https://t.co/3N4m1zl0dP
@scottbelsky Apparently if you begin following me I can DM you. And vice versa. This launch was a mess and I’ll provide specifics.
I use this product literally every day, multiple times a day. For clients. @AdobeExpress
@scottbelsky Would love to DM you, but not willing to pay Elon for that. Adobe support told me today that custom themes — where we store our brand fonts, color families, logos — are NOT available in this new version, and they have no timeframe on if / when the feature will return.
Out of NOWHERE — and with no warning — @AdobeExpress completely removed the entire REASON for using their product: customized branding. Totally unacceptable. @AdobeCare says “sorry we don’t know if / when that feature will return.” This is how you lose paying customers, @Adobe.

@AdobeCare@MyntModa Because they cannot use CUSTOM BRANDING. Read what he actually tweeted, @AdobeExpress. It was irresponsible of you to remove this feature without giving us weeks to
prepare.
@MyntModa@AdobeExpress Couldn’t agree more. I rely on this product literally every day for my job, and I don’t know why they broke it. With no warning. My clients will not wait for this for me to build an entirely new set of projects on a competitor’s system. This was beyond f’ed up. @adobe#Fail
@AdobeExpress I am sorry but this is completely unacceptable. Some of us have extremely tight deadlines and our livelihoods depend on being able to meet them. I have a team of 15 creatives who for years now have been collaborating on a hybrid desktop / mobile workflow.
