@CityPowerJhb +-14 hours after it being reported we get acknowledgment, it might approach some kind of of record but you shouldn't be proud of it.
Have you already checked if the feeder cable is stolen again?
@CityPowerJhb Are you referring to the Peter Road outage? We are not even close to Peter Road and don't feed from there. It is a habit of City Power to incorrectly assign issues at Florida Glen substation.
Go check if the feeder Cable from Florida is stolen again
@CityPowerJhb Dear city power please note that Liebenberg substation does not supply Florida Glen substation that supplies Bergbron, Northcliff ext 19 etc. Please get your team out to Florida Glen and don't blame the issue on an unrelated fault
@CityPowerJhb Grid tripped at 7:08 in Northcliff Ext 19. It's now 4 hours later. Any feedback other than it will be looked at during the course of the day?
@Trevornoah This show was obviously not in South Africa, because telling the ladies to get that russian out when you are making penis jokes in South Africa is just on another level.
@CityPowerJhb Guys it's the 21st century. If you used a backhoe or trencher instead of manual labour that trench would probably be done by now and the cables already installed.
@CityPowerJhb So the best you can do is "Operators will be dispatched to investigate during the course of the day" It's an area outage, why aren't they on site already? The outage started nearly 3 hours ago.
@CityPowerJhb It's taken them 22 hours so far. The power in Northcliff Ext 19 went out yesterday 16:00. The null fault response was to my second log.
I suppose I have to log another call in the vain hope of a proper response.
Dear @CityPowerJhb why don't I have power yet? your reply to my fault log:
Dear Customer, the diagnosis for your issue Ref: CPWEB4874029 is complete. We have identified a faulty: null. We are finalizing a solution. Check updates here:
@TheGoodShep45@Super70sSports@hugsfor8 The treatment for blisters on your feet in the old South African army during basics was injecting a full syringe of methyolate into the blister. You bothered the medics only once with trivialities like blisters.
