@Keir_Starmer The problem here is most parents are too lazy or uninterested to educate themselves prior to their children adopting these new online platforms.
There should be no minimum wage up to age 21.
Companies will take the risk on hiring someone with no work history and cover the costs of training them up if they can factor that into their pay.
They can then get more experience and turn that into higher pay down the line.
