It could so easily go unnoticed that, thanks to the BBC’s longstanding membership of the European Broadcasting Union (@EBU_HQ), the @bbcproms are heard right across the continent — and beyond…
I must have instructed co-pilot at one point, as it regularly says something like: Grant, here is an explanation in a clear, matter of fact, engineered manner in which you are accustomed. Or some such. And yet it still piles on the cruft.
I rarely swear while inputting to LLMs and yet they think it's fine to use curse words when talking to me. Along with the, yeahs, and other chatty, matey bants. This gets pretty irksome and sicky. Don't do this.
Bill realises his entire enterprise was built on top of a cloned system that could have been done in a week with Claude and takes pity?

The Copilot app and Gemini often tank for me at least once or twice a day. Perhaps it's a scaling issue? Google could save on loads of compute if they just turned their AI search listings off. There's no need to default to this, it's so wasteful.
Ironically grok suggests:
ShareAI for Ollama-based P2P clustering, Hive for collaborative inference, DGPUNET for heterogeneous GPU pooling, and PeerLLM for decentralized hosting and earning from compute.
I think it's essential to get a peer-to-peer open source grid up and running, with compute trading. To run an open source LLM compute platform outside of the corporate silos as a matter of urgency.
Beware getting hooked by your corporate dealer: handing out free and discount smarties. They will bait and switch every time, it's the economics and drive of capitalism.
Why does this bring me out in hives?
$iterator = new RecursiveIteratorIterator(
new RecursiveDirectoryIterator(
$folder,
FilesystemIterator::SKIP_DOTS
)
);
Beware if you use Crostini on ChromeOS, if you tear down your Linux env, and rebuild you'll get a virtual guest instead of a container. I guess this is the beginning of the Android switchover.
#SevereAlert, managed to dodge this for some reason. Funny watching The One Show footage: Oh the building must be on fire or something, we'll do our best to ignore this. Kind of beautifully wraps the whole climate emergency kit and caboodle. #ThisIsFine
Stupid fucking platform X, that badgers you every time you post for their shitty subscription. Better go dig out my BlueSky credentials. Or finally set up a Mastodon. It's shit here.
So, are there any good Android apps? Android on ChromeOS has been lacklustre for me. I have been forever plagued with:
"Local network: Can't contact the gateway from Android apps"
With AluminiumOS at least I guess Android apps will become first class citizens.
