Every adult in the US has to have an ID for the most basic things in our daily lives. Woman are no different. The mail in ballots are allowed in critical circumstances. My wife is deployed overseas until December. Guess what she will show her ID and vote by absentee ballot. Amazing how a woman can conquer such a task.
