📢 PLEASE HELP & RETWEET 🚨
Since 2018 I’ve made content on @YouTube and was just demonetized for "misleading content" but I wasn’t given any timestamps or specific examples.
Over the years I’ve seen a dozen Crypto YouTubers experience this and get their channel back.
I take YouTube’s rules seriously and will make any changes necessary.
@YouTube please let me know. Thumbnails, titles, even deleting videos if needed.
Please help me get my channel back: https://t.co/7RWQWi9ClF
A huge thank you to all that Retweet this and tag @YouTube 🙏
@kneesovrtoesgrl THANK YOU @atgexercise community for making this possible!
And I hope the data in this thread is valuable for you, too - regardless of equipment!

So after coaching backward walking for over 10 years, producing thousands of knee success stories, and being asked at least a thousands times “How do I progress without a sled?”
…you can see how common sense it was for @kneesovrtoesgrl and me to make a backward treadmill!
Now I use backward and forward as part of my warm-up.
The levels of therapy and cardio I can get at the same time from a SMALL SPACE blow my mind every time I do this.
Without equipment, this can be done in a safe space, and/or with a partner holding your hand and seeing where you’re going.
(My parents [below] are 67 and 70, and have been doing my exercise system for 6+ years.)
Start with small steps.
Gradually increase the speed of those small steps, while trying to be smooth.
Gradually increase the size of those small steps, until your toes are getting behind your knee on each step.

🧵 Now here is a full usage thread, regardless of equipment access…
Many of us have an idea of God that is harsh, condemning, and punitive, which is us projecting our own human qualities onto God. I once felt this way, too. I believed God wanted me to have a certain diet, to meditate a certain way, and to be very restrictive and strict with myself because I believed that’s what God wanted from me.
It was only when I had my most powerful direct experience of God when I felt the most shame, the most “sinful,” where I felt I had broken every “rule” I had made up in my head that would make me worthy of God that I realized that this guilting / shaming aspect of “God” was actually a self-made prison of my guilt and shame that I created towards MYSELF.
It was then when I was feeling the most shameful, that I had my most powerful spiritual experience of God, which I can only describe as being “instantly forgiven for anything I ever thought was wrong with me.”
It was like light poured down from the heavens into my entire being and cleansed me of all the guilt and shame I was carrying and woke up my heart.
I wept and wept in the presence of so much unconditional love and grace when I realized that all of this guilt and shame was self-created. How much time and energy I wasted. How I could barely see myself and others clearly because I was under a trance of my own unworthiness. It was like a fog I had been under for most of my life had lifted, and I could see the sun again.
I realized from this experience that God infinitely and incomprehensibly loves in ways that our petty human minds and most often shut down human hearts can comprehend.
That moment changed me and the way I viewed God and reality forever. I still have my moments of being harsh and punitive, where I need to remind myself again and again to be softer and more gentle and forgiving with myself and others, just as God was with me.
I may never have a direct experience that powerful again, but I carry it within my heart and consciousness forever. You only need a single experience like this to be forever changed.
Regardless of which path you take, however many detours you think you have made, however many mistakes you think you have made, may we all remember the redemptive love of God’s grace and live in such a way that we are inspired to return to that same love, which is the essence of our own awakened hearts.
