While uploading Form FiLLip for LLP incorporation of DDAAK Hospitality LLP,I am getting error while filling Area Code details. Its been 5 days I am stuck with this same error. I have also raised complaint with MCA(SR2411686) on 09/06/2022. Please provide solution @MCA21India

Now look at this new aoa vs old aoa, Read both the clauses and do apple to apple comparision, these black dots completelty ruins the interpreation and how should I ref, Clause 90 of AoA and 3rd Black dot, Kuch padkhe likhe log rakho apni team mai @MCA21India @icsi_cs @theicai

Dear @HelpdeskMCA21V3 , Please allow us to change the numbering from dot to A,B,C, since at a lot of places in your standard AOA, the clauses states as specified in sub-clause (A), Allow us numbering in Alphabet as well. @icsi_cs @MCA21India

Dear @HelpdeskMCA21V3 and @MCA21India , How do you automatically picks the Subscriber Detail in the Subscriber Sheet because in MOA you are having different sequence and different in AOA & neither I have option to rearrange the sequence of the Subscribers. Please look into this.

Look there are total 36 '?' in the E-AOA, If your system changes special character into ? then you should remove it from the pre-drafted AOA as well, why I have to alter each clause and delete every ?, Thoda toh common sense use karo....
