@MarkKleinmanSky Hi Mark, can I ask how you got a valuation of £80M ? I don’t know if they had any debt but if they did it could have been a valuation of say £200M and then debt paid off to give an equity value of circa £80M (2%)… £80M certainly seems low valuation for a company with 200k homes
