Stared a new job this week. It's not great, but it's not terrible so far. Got a job offer to ride a contract engine next year. Depending on what happens, I'll probably take that. With all the chaos my life has been in the past few months, I'm somewhat optimistic about the future.

We arrive. We assess and monitor the pt. Then we hand over the pt to the medical agency. I feel like ICS would only make a simple situation unnecessarily complex.

Do you need to implement NIMS ICS for a single patient minor medical incident?

For example, a single sick person sitting in a car. You have a "chief" responding along with four other personnel, including a separate medical agency.

I understand that every incident needs structure. However, I feel like it's unnecessary to have an "IC" for a single person minor medical incident where my department is solely support for the responding medical agency. There are not multiple patients, not multiple sectors or -
