Its been nearly 15 days and my bike is still in service centre without any proper response. Whenever I get a call from the royal enfield customer care the only reply am getting from them is they are unable to reach the concern person regarding. @sidlal

@royalenfield Dear customer service, Mr. Ragavendar chandrasekar has spoke related my complaint and finally he i also telling the same solution that service centre guys said which is not fair. Please escalate to some right person. Thank You @sidlal
